Unity Yuno 1/8 (Good Smile) review

Here’s the first girl from the eroge “Unity Marriage” (Kazami Mei , the second girl is going to be released in february) .
Yuno stands at a good 20 cm (1/8 scale) and is typical Good Smile work .
I think it’s safe to say that she looks like Lala (Good smile too) in more than one way and the white glossy paint used on Lala outfit is used again on Yuno gloves and “stockings” .
Technically it’s typical Good Smile work with great shading on the skirt , skin and hair . The hair is quite interesting because of the nice looking print on it . It makes Yuno stands out more compared to the other figures . The one foot pose can again make us fear of some future leaning but the leg is in ABS and she does have a metallic bar in the foot . And i trust Good Smile so i hope we won’t see lots of Yuno falling soon ^^ .
The cuteness of this figure is quite high , and she is sexy too , with the obvious pantsu shot (and how the hell is it fixed ?) and the cast off feature for the upper “eyes” ^^ .
Her face is gorgeous , with her beautifully painted green eyes , she is truly a looker . The wings (made from clear plastic) are a nice feature too , as it add more dynamic to the figure . The two jewels heart shaped used to fix the wings are nicely made too , and add more girly touch to an already girly figure (because of the pink colors scheme and the flowers prints) . So fans of girls with big guns or weapons , Yuno is not for you .
Good Smile did their usual job , as the painting is very good (but i do have a dot on the hair , but it happens) and the overall look of the figure is gorgeous . Yuno is totally cute and can be displayed as more sexy with the cast off option . The work on the base is nice too (but again it’s pink , really not a figure for pink haters ^^) , it’s always good to see real work on the base , as it’s rare for figures makers to do an effort with that …
And if i had to choose one figure this year that respects totally the proto shots , it would be this one , Unity Yuno looks EXACTLY like the proto and that’s the proof that Good Smile gives us what they promise .
Cute girl with gorgeous colors and a near perfect painting . Add to this a nice base and a sweet pose and you get a must buy for figures collectors . But only if you don’t have nightmares about pink ^^ .

Tes photos sont vraiment sublimes. J’aime beaucoup la demoiselle, et j’attends avec impatience que Lyli me prévienne qu’elle est arrivée chez son vendeur (un mois encore à attendre normalement..).
Une jolie demoiselle pour les lolicons avec la possibilité de passer en mode pervers avec tes photos.

What a sexy review to start off the year. 09 started her almost 3hrs ago. xD
The base is like “Wow”. I will kill for base as detailed as that but sadly, she is a random figure in my case. I suppose ur getting Kazami Mei huh

Love her character design…I don’t really mind an overload of pink ;P
Also, happy new year! The one downside to living in North America is that we’re pretty much last when it comes to time zones. At least I’m closer to the east coast than the west ^^;

Nightmares of pink XD I just carried a pink wand for my wife home from the store, sticking out of the bag, I think I’m good lol. She looks great though, except her bra thingy looks weird, but then again I don’t really know the character. I do love her hair.

I said this once and will say it again, I don’t trust the pose of these figures sooner or later they’ll start leaning (or maybe not
like my Ilya swimsuit ver.), she’s to much exposed on the lower half, well perhaps thats because she’s from an eroge

Une vraie réussite cette Yuno !! moi qui suis fan de rose, j’approuve totalement, et j’ai hâte de la voir en vraie :3
Par contre, elle a l’air d’être plutôt difficile à placer de façon à recevoir assez de lumière pour les photos, sur certaines des tiennes, son visage est plutôt sombre ^^; j’espère que je m’en sortirai avec la lumière naturelle…
Tu comptes aussi acquérir Unity Mei ? moi, oui, je suis conquise par ces deux sublimes figurines, l’une trop choupi, l’autre, trop la classe

la lumiere au niveau du visage peut etre un probleme a cause des ombres portées du a ses meches de cheveux . donc il vaut mieux un visage un peu moins eclairé que des ombres ou une photo surexposée
si je n’etais pas aussi serré la ou je pose mon studio , je pourrais avoir moins de probleme de lumiere mais ca n’est pas le cas , je dois me débrouiller avec ce que j’ai .

Les cheveux roses comme Lala me font également penser à Rimi de Chäos;HEAd … mais elle me donne une impression bizarre avec les motifs jaunes “à l’intérieur” des cheveux.
La pose me rappelle bien celle de Klan… …. d’après la description donnée, ça devrait être le même système de fixation que Ryu Meifeng de GSC auquel je fais confiance.
Le choix des texture de fond pour les photos est judicieux

When Good Smile announced her, I really feared about her pantsu… But loli-lovers are usually pink-lovers, so, when they announced Kazami Mei, I orderet both of them…
But with this fantastic review, all my doubts are going away and I’m really impatient…

i love her magically affixed pantsu ^^; and agree the wing thingies on her skirt adds a lot too, good stuff. i keep saying it, but just not quite a fan of the flower bra thing… though i think if i actually played the game and got attached the character i’d stop worrying about it ^^;;
