Limit Gunz 1/6 (Art Storm/Lilics) review

More under the cut (updated with more pics)
Finally this one is out , after some delay and i believe it’s going to deserve her , as a lot of people already forgot about her or/and canceled order to get some other figure . So the question is : is she worth the long wait ? Do i need to buy her ? I guess it’s your choice but if you still want her , i don’t think you’ll be disapointed at all .
I only see one change compared to the proto shoots , the blue paint on the big gun is less glossy than the retail version , but that could be only because of the pictures . The rest is just like promised and that’s always a good thing .
The figure herself looks really nice and she takes quite a lot of space , thanks to her really big gun . The painting is nicely done , no visible flaws or dots and the colors are well chosen . It really looks like the original work (is she from a manga ? the illustration is on her box and it’s quite nice) , only the face is a little different . The best parts of this nice girl are , of course the big gun but not only that … the frilled socks , cute long sexy shaped legs and her beautiful but messy blue hair , nicely painted with gradiant blue and good shading . Her face is quite great too , i totaly love her sweet expression and her so awesome blue eyes . The big gun is less sexy but greatly detailled too , lots of details on it and it looks really good . She has another gun in her left hand but it looks a little plain compared to the big one .
I nearly canceled my order , as i was feeling bored just looking at the proto shoots but i still got her , and i don’t regret at all . She’s way better in real and it’s great to have her in a collection , she’s big and with the help of the colors and the big gun , she stands out , a total looker . She is sexy and awesome , thanks to a great overall look and a nice pose . The only minor flaw is that she doesn’t fit totally on the base , the feets are hard to put in . But it’s not that bad , she seems to be fine anyway .
Great looking figure , quite big and impressive , with nice colors and details . Sexy AND awesome . For me a definite must buy .
9.5/10
Another review of her at ELTWorld
The review for Caroline is going to be online tomorrow , my pics were bad , she is too big and i can’t take pics of her in full in my room (because i use a 70-200 lens) . So i’ll be doing it again tomorrow . Sorry for the delay and thanks for reading ^^

What a relief!
I really feared that she turns out not so good after my first experience with ArtStorm.I thought more than once about canceling my preorder.Im glad i didnt do that!
Now ill just have to wait until archonia has her in stock.
I think that the gun is sexy aswell XD
In fact the Gun was the main attraction for me ^ ^

nice figurine, the socks and shoes details are nice
I dont have any figurines made by Art Storm, but glad to see their quality is quite nice
with 70-200 lens should need less than 2m to get full view of figurine (using 70), my lens is 150mm (can’t change the focus length), some cases i had to shoot it from 3m distance :p taking picture from higher angle will also help if you have small room

@ Blowfish : i’m sorry , i prefer girls than guns :p
but yeah , i was pretty sure you were gonna buy her ^^
@ ron : i have to be at 1.3 meters for the minimal focus distance and my room is not a lot bigger . so i can’t get full pics of big figures
. Figures from Art Storm are not always good , beware , i usually don’t like the paint job

I only care about the gun rofl. That was the biggest reason I never preordered her, though the cost was another.

gawd i love that gun. really can’t wait for mine to arrive but i decided to leave that order with kid nemo… will probably have to wait another month orz.
i think those are some of the most detailed shoes i’ve seen on a figure! funny it’d be one the one where the main focus is the huge gun ^^;

Those shoes do look pretty cool. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were steel toed. I love her gun and confident pose. ‘grats!

As most ppl already mentioned, I find the gun is the standout of this figure. I love big guns and the best thing of all, she has 2 instead of one. ^^

The weapon itself remind me of Blitz Gundam Weapon

@Panther : sorry , the girl cannot be shipped alone , the girl is “free” with it ^^
@ ELTboy : yeah she is
@ meronpan : kid nemo = does not ship in france or are very late
i don’t like them :’(
@ Jem : i prefer the gun than the shoes but yeah ^^
@ Otaku Dan : agree , i want the same gun at 1/1 scale
@ optic : yes , buy her ^^ (even if she’s not in a swimsuit)
@ Vixion : Oh yes i can see the similarity with the blitz gundam ^^ . but i still prefer the girl AND the weapon :p
@ chrono kun : 1/6 + bleu = love . j’ai repris mes photos avec mes réglages d’origine alors il va y avoir beaucoup d’effets de flou dans toutes mes photos
@ Chappy : tommorow i’ll post my setup
