More under the cut
Sorry for the wait , here’s finally my review of the most wanted Kos-Mos swimsuit version by Alter .
It’s a great figure , with no surprises at all . It’s all we were expecting from Alter : great finish and great overall look .
Kos-Mos stands at a big 30 cm and 1/6 scale . She is quite imposing and looks totally sexy in her awesome designed bikini (painted perfectly by Alter) and her alluring pose . Despite being a swimsuit figure , she is very detailed everywhere and the painting is precise and perfectly done .
I don’t have much to say about this one , i know that people complains about her hair but i like it , nicely made and good color , looks awesome near some light . Fans of Kos-Mos wont be disapointed with this one .
Great and sexy figure from Alter , with precise and nice painting and a kinda big size . A must buy for swimsuit figures or fans of Kos-Mos .
9.5/10
Pics with gray background were processed (that’s why they looks strange :p) , pics on white were not changed at all . Not really happy with my pics this time but oh well .

The shots look as if it’s CG @_@
Figure looks very ‘clean’ and bright (possibly due to the lighting? Haven’t seen such a light colour for tranluscent hair before

A great figure no doubt about that but I still don’t understand why they do that type of painting to Kos-Mos hair. What do you mean the gray background pictures were processed?
They look like the ones from the white background. Still I think most of the color on your pictures is because of the lens you use or you have the contrast on your camera high but all 400D are known for their pictures being a bit warmer than the other brands. In order to achieve vibrant colors I always need to tweak my pictures on lightroom

@ Leonia : c’est toi qui me fait craquer ^^
@ Panther : i know you love her , glad you got yours !
@ Chappy : love her hair too , sadly not everyone feels the same about it …
@ Jem : yeah , the top could be removable easily . No more teaser , sorry about that ^^
@ ron : i LOVE her hair
@ Yuuu : on t’aime quand meme va
@ Q : pics on white are exactly like the figure , only the hair is more brigh because of the light . But yeah she’s awesome
@ Belela-san : i mean that the pics on gray were tweaked in lightroom (added more contrast) , when the pics on white are direct from the lens .

I am not a fan of Kos-Mos, but i definitely do want her! Unlike many, I find her hair very nicely done. Love the transluscent hair. She looks so hot in her swimsuit. <3
Your picutures are great. Only if i can take such nice photos… I tried and tried but still cant a acheive a white background like yours, so i will be stalking here until you post your setup. Haha. No no, i will still stalk here for reviews. XD

@ Chappy : i’m sorry , i forgot again to take a pic of my setup
.
. I think she’s perfect like this
But it’s nothing special , just two lamps directed to the background and the rest is done by the settings in the camera .
And i’m glad you love her as much as i do

Please don’t feel sorry. It’s ok, i know you are busy. So i guess camera is one of the factors for nice photos. I am using a campact now, still saving for a 450D. =D

@ Panther : it’s Kos-Mos month i guess ^^
@ Chappy : i would like to get a 450D too , some options on it that i need ^^ . with a compact you can do white background but you have to put it in manual and find the good settings . And of course use a tripod .
@ Rin : it’ll be cheaper in Japan so that’s a good idea

Throw in one of her BFGs and this would be the greatest figure ever made.

Im normally no fan of translucent hair but with her its looks stunning! The flow of the hair with her hands in it is very nice.
30cm?Sweet!

love this figure… guess i haven’t been reading around enough.. people were complaining about the hair? i think yes, the prototype pics looked a bit better… but isn’t that how most figures turn out?
Anyhow, i like the overexposed shots where her hair is kinda melted into the background ^^ As you say, more greatness from Alter ^^

Another sexy review from the swimsuit lover.
I’m sure she is a popular hit this month as few readers already got her.
I love the detail of her swimsuit. Not the usual swimsuit we see from any figures. ^^

Whenever you have a popular character, you know she’ll eventually start taking it off
. A nice figurine, though. The hair colour matches the costume, which makes her look seamless. Well, she’s barely wearing anything, but yeah XD. Nice photoshoot.
