Lala and Haruna Mini Skirt Santa Version 1/8 (Shueisha) review

I’m so late this time , sorry about that . These two were available last december , just in time for Christmas . Sold separately , they’re meant to be put together , thanks to the (very) big base in Haruna box . Made by Shueisha , they didn’t have lots of success so now you can finally see if you need to buy them or not .

I can’t say that i am impressed with Shueisha work , but they did a better job than with their previous Lala … On the technical side , the painjob is correct , the poses and bases are fine too and there is no big flaw anywhere to be seen . Still , it’s not enough , everything is just “ok” but not more . There’s nothing on those two girls that’s screaming “buy me !” or anything . So yes , this Lala and Haruna set is only a nice looking set put together , but don’t expect much more than that . There is better figures of Lala and Haruna available out there .

Lalas face and especially her eyes look horrible imho.It looks like she just took some drugs.
Besides that they are “alright” as in normal.And we all know that Normal isnt good ^^
Didnt expect them to show up at your blog!
Im glad you get some mediocre fgures from time to time aswell

wah that haruna is good, she matches the white bg good

lala may need to have more light on her face, the shadow on her face made her looks kinda strange (what blowfish said somewhat true)

C’est la première fois que je viens à préféré Haruna à Lala, étonnant ! Les figurines semblent être correct, même si ce n’est pas encore ça. Bien entendu, il existe, comme tu l’as dis, de bien meilleures versions des figurines (notamment les Alpha x Omega). Je pense que ce sont des figurines, rigolotes, sympathiques, et qui plairont aux fans des deux héroines, mais pour moi, ça s’arrête là. Bonne série mon pitachou!

Ce que je préfère, c’est le système de la base, vraiment sympa cette idée.
Les figurines sont toutes les 2 mimis, je ne connais pas l’éditeur, mais ça m’a l’air pas trop mal. Ma préférence va pour Haruna, adorable et craquant assise de cette manière.

I find the figures too bland. No work or effort on the paint and no shadows. Despite this, the kind of figure that I will be happy to complete my Christmas figurines collection.

Why does Lala almost always look likes she’s freaked out or just got spotted doing something she wasn’t supposed to be doing xD they look alright but not impressed, won’t be buying from that company ^^ though they do look nice for christmas, maybe stocking stuffers or ornaments or what have you xD

Haruna doesn’t look terrible, though her face looks odd at some angles. Lala, though…what’s with the googly eyes?! These could’ve been really cute figures, too.

your thoughts on the two of ‘em are pretty much exactly what i expected seeing the prototypes. i would actually prefer that sairenji to the regular version i got. the santa costume is at least more interesting. bah that reminds me, i was making good progress on toloveru (read like 5 volumes) but haven’t touched it in the last couple weeks orz
