Nagi Swimsuit Version 1/6 (Kotobukiya) review

Here’s the second girl from the swimsuits trio made by Kotobukiya . After a nice Hinagiku figure , Kotobukiya just released the sweet but spoiled girl Nagi and again , she’s quite a cutie . It’s strange that the people at Kotobukiya are making lots of not so great 1/8 figures , but very nice 1/6 ones (look at the Doa Venus series or Suzu …) .
Nagi is depicted kneeling in the “sand” (a translucent base) with a pink balloon helping her stand , while she points her right hand at us . This figure is surely not for the loli haters , but for a lolicon like me (yeah i know , i’m guilty , you can throw rocs at me) she’s really attractive (in a cute way …) because of her nice and dynamic pose . The way her hair is flowing in the wind and her big smile are sure helping an already sweet figure . Her bikini is cute too , with big stars on it (but oppai lovers won’t be happy , nothing to see there , DFC spotted) .
For those who already got Hinagiku , there is no surprise with Nagi , the painting is solid , with good colors and if you love your girls happy , you can order Nagi right now , as her face is just too cute .
8.5/10 A totally cute and sweet dynamic figure , with nice painting and no real flaws . But if you don’t like loli and if you’re searching for oppai , she’s definitely not for you .

I really hated the blue base. Not only it was so plain, it didn’t make the overall swimsuit theme at all. (You know, swimsuit = beach, sand base etc.)
Nevertheless, she is just perfect. Great scuplt, flawless quality and a very dynamic pose. It makes me happy that i got her despite not being a lolicon lover.
In time, I will admit but for now, NO I”M NOT. >_>

I see some deviation from your usual style for this set of photos. A bit darker but I like the style too. ^^
Koto did a wonderful job with the hayate no gotoku girls. I think they just kept improving. I recently saw their figure of Yarizakura Hime from Yozakura Quartet. Not a popular character or figure, but damn, they really nailed it for the figure. I guess the only thing now is for Koto to be consistently good.

Waouh. J’adore cette série de photos. Je trouve le rendu tout simplement sublime, il y a véritablement une ambiance, avec un côté chaleureux. Bref, t’es trop fort Pitachou. Tu la trouves encore sexy ? ^_^

Swimsuit trio? So who’s the third one?
Apparently this Nagi has two pairs of twin tails – one ABS pair and PVC pair. I’m not familiar with materials, but are there any other difference besides different material?
It seems to me that Kotobukiya likes to do a lot of bikini figures. I have a Candy Bikini Shana (which is actually my first figure), and it has a sand looking base – something that a lot of figures in bikini should have rather than some random plain base (but well, it’s not as bad as Haruhi’s coaster base lol…)

Nice figure…but I feel this shoot is a bit too dark…

gah, alright. finally gonna make good on all those times i’ve said i should get started on a series… put hayate no gotoku vol 1 on my pillow so i’ll actually read it tonite ^^
looks very much in line with hinagiku, seems like they’re a great pair to have ^^ yet another figure for my wishlist…

She’s definitely not for me, though I might feel different once I get around to seeing it. I do like the pink haired girl though as far as the character design. The tails on this one is cute though.

Wow this is probably the first shoot that doesn’t have a blinding white background ^^ good job though and she is hella cute, Love her pose and her face is adorable, definitely have a new lolicon fan ^^ Great review as always

I didn’t really understand why the two pair of twintails , didn’t know about one being in ABC , thanks . ABS is a more harder and resisting material , usually used in figures legs , this way they can’t bend or lean . So why the second pair ? don’t know
