Takamachi Nanoha Exceed Mode 1/7 (Alter) review

Here’s finally my (late) review of the big Nanoha from Alter. There are already lots of pics of her around and great reviews so you don’t need to hear much good about her, you already know everything. In fact, i’m pretty sure that if you’re a figures collector/you have lots of money/you’re a Nanoha fanboy/you just sold the house, you already got her in your collection.
So yes, like Fate, Nanoha is a masterpiece, eveything is finely painted and it’s for sure the best Nanoha available on the market. And i’m sure it’ll stay like this for a while. But i heard some people got problems with their Nanoha’s and i got one with mine too. The “pearls” on her dress and clothes goes off or are not correctly glued. On mine it’s the one on her left arm that is not correctly fixed. Still, it’s a minor problem compared to GSC “oh i forgot to write World is Mine on the base” problem …
Nanoha is a big and beautiful figure, perfectly painted and a must have for any figures collector or fan of the show. But keep in mind that maybe your Nanoha will have some little problems, nothing than can’t be fixed with some glue. And i hope you have lots of patience, Nanoha takes quite a while to be ready to expose, after taking out all the protections and everything.
Nanoha gets 4.5 Exelica out of 5.

“you just sold the house”
I don’t think ppl who sold the house will have her to be honest. Where will they display her if they have no house? xD
It’s sad to hear about the pearls issues. I didn’t know others had issues as well but since figures are mass produced, not every single one of them is flawless.
Love the pictures. Ur able to capture the EPICINESS of her which is fantastic.^^

Tout comme Fate, cette figurine est un véritable monstre!!! Assez difficile à exposer, du fait de son ampleur et de la place qu’elle prend.
J’ai aussi eu vent des perles qui se décollent … Heureusement, ce n’est qu’un souci minime qui se règle avec un petit peu de colle.
Mais bon, à cause de ça, elle a perdu un “demi exelica” pour rien.
Comme le l’ai dit sur Flickr, les photos de profil sont les plus jolies. Et celles prises du dessus le sont également.
En tout cas, je n’ai toujours pas payé la mienne et je sens venir l’annulation …
Et dire qu’en plus, je préfère cette Nanoha à Fate …
A donc très bientôt pour une autre Nanoha!!!

Now that I am seeing all those reviews coming in I must say that I am really impressed with Alters work on this one.Sadly its a Nanoha figure so its bleh for me XD

Je ne croyais pas dire ca, mais il faut avouer que Nanoha elle déchire ^^ Du moins ici ^^ Une superbe figurine, que l’on doit à un éditeur de qualité ! Bref, une belle sculpture d’Alter, comme à l’accoutumé, qu’il faut pouvoir payer et ranger quelque part lol ^^

Personnellement, je n’aime pas trop le design de nanoha, qu’elle ait les cheveux longs ou courts, certes alter s’est décarcassé et nous a pondu une figurine assez impressionante, mais au final, je ne sais pas, je trouve qu’elle fait trop simple, je ne sais pas pourquoi ><
je préfère deja fate meme si je n'aimais pas non plus la version d'alter ^^''

Je peux comprendre que tu n’aimes pas son design, chacun ses gouts de toutes maniere ^^
Heu pour les photos y a deja les vues d’ensemble dans la catégorie “my room”. Pour des photos de plus pres et en détail il faudra que j’emprunte un apn, ca n’est pas possible de les faire avec le mien
. Et puis c’est pas une collection mais un bordel, elles sont limite entassées dans mes vitrines :’(

Some people have problems with the red jewels not being properly glued? I haven’t noticed that on your Nanoha… Yet. Taking pictures of a figure mostly in white with a white background seems quite a daring thing to do, but at least none feel ‘overexposed’ and the colours+details can still be clearly seen in the photos. I like how the Blaster Bits can be posed independently from Nanoha herself though~
Btw for some strange reasons most of the images here are squished – similar to last time with BRS review but this time involving all images instead.

yes the jewels are falling on some
one of mine is badly glued and is not totally in place
but not a big deal and can’t be seen at normal distance 
it’s not easy taking pics on white background, i’m far from being good, i still fail a lot and it rarely looks really good …
please try IE or Chrome and tell me if you still have the pics problem
